Location

Menifters Farm is situated on the Eastern coast of the Lizard Peninsula on the south side of the Helford River.

Just over a mile away lies the old pilchard fishing village of Porthallow and about two miles away are the villages of Manaccan and St Keverne.

We're easy to find with a sat nav as we are the only house with this postcode. But if you need more help, then the best way is to take the B3293 out of Helston towards St Keverne. Follow this road through Garras and 100 yards past the entrance to Trelowarren estate take the left turn signposted for St Martin, Manaccan and Helford. Follow this road for about 2 miles until you reach a T junction in the village of Newtown in St Martin – turn right. Follow this road for another 3 miles or so until you reach the hamlet of Tregowris, where after passing the houses you reach a fork in the road signposted for St Keverne and Coverack to the right. Take the left fork towards Manaccan, St Anthony and Helford (the signpost is difficult to spot as it's on the left at the junction). Follow this road for another half mile until you start to head down hill with a fantastic view of the coast ahead – Menifters Farm is the first house you come to on the left.
